I had an issue with my dryer and FREON reached out immediately with same-day availability. The service technician, Arthur, arrived on time, figured out the problem with my dryer, and was able to fix it on the same day. Service was great, he was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. Setting up the appointment through their scheduling center was easy as well.

I called Freon to diagnose non functional AC on a Friday evening. Artur set an appointment for 8am next day, and quickly ascertained the fault was a dead capacitor. Lucky for me Artur had the part and replaced it in no time. He also checked my refrigerant and topped up for more efficient cooling function.

Artur and his team are incredible! So responsive, reliable, and helpful. I hired them to install a mini split AC in my condo. When Artur came out for the estimate, he went up in the attic space to check everything out and took his time to explain how the installation would work, answering questions I didn’t even know I had. Sent me the estimate quickly and sent me everything I needed for HOA approval. The office was very communicative and made scheduling the installation a breeze. The installation took one day, about 10 hours. Artur and his colleague were efficient and so clean. The AC is working great! Highly recommend.
